I purchased a product and it is not fitting, I kept for return, they called me after 3 days saying that they cant take back,  they will take it back if the product is damaged, I asked the executive that if I damage it and return you will accept, he says sir this is the policy. it is hard to do shopping like that, we cant see the product physically based on the image we order, and if they say like this then it is difficult for online purchasers.

Worst Return Policy, i never suggest or purchase again from pepperfry.com. Friends think once before purchasing from pepperfry.com.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
