it is mentioned that there is a delay of approx 7 days and when i said to cancel my order on this ground , they said your order cannot be cancelled. they are just looting public money. strict action should be taken against such touts.

when there is delay from there side, why cant the customer cancel the order.

Its like monopoly. All things they have kept as per their convenience and the customer is like a prey for them whom they fry , grill, toast and roast to full extent.

Please see this mail from Pepeprfy. There is a delay of around 7 days and when i requested to cancel on the ground of delay, they said it is not possible.

I want everyone to please note this and think thousand times before placing an order at ppperfry. They will only fry you, grill, increase your BP. I request the authorities tom please take stict action against pepperfry on this ground. when there is a delay from their side, why are they not cancelling the order.

They want the everything in their favour and customer for them is just like a prey. I tried calling you many times but there is no response. Bell is going but there is no body to pick the call.

It shows the seriousness of Pepperfry to resolve the issue.

They have given a landline number which nobody picks instead of mobile number. You have called once and your duty is over, if your intention is to solve you would have called once again.
