I have ordered a bed from Papperfry on 8th of Jan,2017. Initially the delivery date was 15 after that they changed it to 23, then they have changed it to 24th and now they changed it 27th .

They don't have any respect to the customer. Worst site ,worst customer care, Representative are making false promises continuously. Still didn't get the delivery. They are saying that they need to convince the were to deliver it.

WTF kind of service is this. I have been waiting for the product last 1 week , but they don't care.

i have been sleeping on the floor,causing cold n cough. Is this the way to treat a customer?

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
