Pepperfry

This Teal Blue sofa is a vibrant showstopper and exactly the splash of colour my living room needed. The fabric is soft yet durable and the cushions offer a very comfortable, medium-firm sit that feels supportive for long evening lounges.

The design is contemporary, with neat, clean lines that don't take up too much visual space. It was also delivered earlier than the estimated window, which was a nice surprise.

However, the legs of the sofa were slightly scuffed right out of the packaging, indicating a small lapse in protection during transit. It's a very minor cosmetic issue that is mostly hidden.

I bought this study or work foldable table with 2 stools, and it has been 3 months I think I am using it for my work I love how easily it can be folded, and it looks very aesthetic which I wanted for my home stools are strong and sturdy I did stand on these to grab something from my cabinet the only thing I didn't like is that on stools are and table surface they have pasted some kind of designer laminated paper I think I don't know what its called, but I don't mind it as it gives aesthetic vibes, its strong and easily to assemble and all these qualities at good price point, so I will recommend this who ever wants an aesthetic table.

I am very satisfied with this mattress component for my new sofa bed. The tufted design is lovely and gives the piece a much more sophisticated and premium look compared to simple flat cushions.

The padding is quite thick and firm, providing excellent support for either sitting or sleeping. The fabric itself is soft to the touch and seems durable enough. It was delivered well-packaged and is lightweight enough to be maneuvered easily.

While beautiful, I can tell it is going to be highly prone to showing dust and minor stains, requiring constant spot cleaning and extra care to maintain its pristine appearance. A slightly darker shade or a stain-resistant treatment would have made it flawless.

Recently purchased this three door wooden cabinet from Pepper fry, and overall, it's a worthwhile addition to my living room setup. The rich brown sheesham wood finish gives it a premium, rustic look that blends seamlessly with my decor.

Assembly was straightforward took about 30 minutes with the provided tools and the instructions were clear. The sturdy build and ample storage space behind the doors make it perfect for organizing books and linens. However, the top surface arrived with a few minor scratches, which was disappointing for a new piece.

Pepperfry's customer service was responsive and offered a quick discount on polish but I wish quality checks were tighter. At this price point, the value is excellent for everyday use.

I wanted to share my recent experience with Pepperfry.com, which turned out to be deeply frustrating and disappointing.

I ordered a mattress (ProAdapt Dr. Certified 4D Sleep Tech ErgoMax 8 Inch Latex King Size) using my card to get the associated benefits.

Unfortunately, I realized the very next day that I had selected the incorrect mattress size. Since my order hadn't shipped, I immediately reached out to their customer care for correction.

Despite multiple discussions, the only solution Pepperfry provided was to cancel and rebook the order, with the catch that they would deduct a 2.5% cancellation feesimply for trying to fix a genuine mistake on a non-shipped order. As a customer who values transparency and fairness, this was disappointing, to say the least.

To make matters worse, after I followed their instructions and initiated the cancellation, I received an email from Pepperfry stating they would NOT be able to proceed with my order cancellation (despite their own advice to cancel and reorder!). The email went on with a generic explanation about their process, failing to offer any logical reason or support, and only directed me to contact them via website or chat for further help.

After much back-and-forth, my cancellation was finally acknowledged, but by then the experience had left a bitter taste.

The lack of flexibility, unclear policies, and the unnecessary penalty for a basic erroron top of the impersonal and unhelpful communicationwas extremely disappointing.

The overall attitude showed no real concern for customer satisfaction or retention.

Given this experience, my recommendation is to avoid shopping at Pepperfry if you have any other options. There are other platforms in the market that respect their customers' concerns and won't penalize you for making a simple, honest mistake.

Think twice before choosing Pepperfry it could end up costing you more than you bargained for, not just in money, but in time and peace of mind.
