Pepperfry offers terrible customer service!
I have used Pepperfry only once and I am terribly disappointed with the overall experience. The floor lamp that I ordered was damaged and was not working.
Unfortunately I did not get a chance to open the package for 2 weeks post delivery (I was traveling for work). Since they have a 7 day return policy, they refused to give me a refund or replace the damaged lamp with a new one. In contrast, the Amazon return policy is a lot more flexible and they prioritize customer experience over everything else.
@Pepperfry - I am a frequent online shopper, and neither my family or I will visit you website ever again.
