Resolved: Pepperfry ignores the rights of customers
Finally, I got a call from them, they approved my cancellation. This encourages me to keep buying from them!
Yesterday 9th Sept at 22:00 I placed an order. Today, 10th, I am calling and emailing Pepperfry to cancel the order before further inconveniences are there.
They are saying that no cancellation is possible.
But two days ago I received a called from them and they cancelled one of my orders!
They only say that am executive will call me back in 24/48 hours. Which means that they are adding time to the issues.
Before purchase, be very sure as they are cheaters!
BE CAREFUL WITH SHWETA FROM CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE, CHAT SESSIONS. SHE CAN BE VERY RUDE.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Pepperfry Pros: Rest of my orders.
Pepperfry Cons: Pathetic service, Customer care service, Can cancel orders, But customers cannot.

Today at 20:30 an executive called me to inform me that they do not accept cancellations... After discussing for a while with Mr.
Nelson Mascurinis, which started his speech in a ver rude way, I told him that the items were already existing, that I want to cancel them even before they got shipped, to avoid problems... But no way. Then, I told him that if they ship the item, I will not accept the delivery. And he replied that drivers are not authorised to give back any item...
So, is Pepperfry obliging me to take the item to my place? Who do they think they are???
Be extremely careful, customer service team is completely useless. Ms. Shweta, Mr.
Vishal, Ms Kritika and Mr. Nelson Mascurinis.
