I deal with pepperfry first time and my experience is worst...worst...worst...worst...worst...worst...worst...worst...worst...worst...... I purchased 3 products from Pepperfry which costs me around 50k to 60k.

1st product i ordered Home Sparkle Yellow Engineered Wood Carved Wall Shelves Set of 5. 2nd product Oscar 3 seater Sofa. 3rd 1 seater oscar sofa 2 in quantity. For 1st product...

company displays this product in very bright yellow colour and when we received this product it is dark yellow with pathetic colour. We complained to customer care they asked for real pics. We sent the real pics which clearly shows that there is *** lot of colour diffrence in between the pictures displayed on website and actual. Customer care representative Named PRIYA was so mannerless.

She dont know even how to talk to customers. She was not ready to even listen our single word. She said its the same colour and if you dont understand this its your fault not companies fault. I strongly recommend that she is very very bad and worst in doing customer service.

Instead of helping, she is insulting and misbehaving with customers. 2nd and 3rd product:- When we purchased these sofas.. we called to customer care and confirm with SHARON (customer care representative) that as per the display cushions are included in the sofas or not, she said "yes" cushions are included. Now when we expecting our products tommorrow, we again called to customer care in order to confirm once again for cushions.

Customer representative SURESH initially said that cushions are not included. We said that Sharon confimed us that cushions are included, how can you change the statements again n again. SURESH put us on hold and later he said that let product arrive at your place n if you dont receive the cushions the you can escalate the case so that you can get cushions if undelievered. We said "ok" we are recording this statement whatever SURESH said that time.

the time SURESH heard that call has been recorded, he suddenly changed his statement and said that he never said that we will recieve cushions after escalating or doing anything. He was scared. Nobody in Pepperfry is ready to support and help in these cases. Customer support team is very bad, mannerless, misbehave everytime.

I strongly recommend not to deal with Pepperfry. I m feeling like being scammed by this company. ALSO when i said to customer care (Priya) that i will complain online for you guys. She replied "do whatever you want to do, our IT Team will take care of it"..

See the behaviour of employees. Can anyone help me in resolving this issues.

Our 3 products Order ID:- 302817036 302808495 302808576 Client number - 022-61576157 They are not trustworthy at all. I will keep complaining till the time my issues would not been taken care off.
