Pepperfry - Pathetic delivery time
This site has got everything you want, but the service or delivery date dont dare to expect it on mentioned date.
They very promisingly assure you that it will be delivered before the metioned date, there ur if you get into their words, thats it...........that will be start of your end of patience and time
I ordered a sofa divan set, which they promised to deliver within 25 days.
which they postponed mentioning that some border issues (OMG) .Even if product ordered from USA it will delivered on time crossing all borders.Pepperfry in india it has got border issue with states which really sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
i called up customer care regarding my product delivery date which they told they will update me in 24-48 hrs which i wasnt.
Later after mentioned time i again called back the same response was again told byy them, i raised a comaplint which hasnt been solved till now.And my furniture also hasnt been delivered yet.
i would not recommend anyone to buy from Pepperfry,VERY VERY much delayed service , no proper response, mere negligence towards customer
