Pepperfry - Broken Chair Delivery- Denying Refund
I have Ordered a Pepperfry product- A Rocking Chair on 7th Feb which was received in broken condition. This order was delivered after 40 days in a damaged condition.
we have placed this order through our HDFC Gift card whose validity expired on 31st Dec. Now I have not received neither the product nor the refund. They have the worst Customer Care service. Mr.
Nilesh Jha, instead of solving the issues, he disconnected the call and they are asking me to do the follow-up with the bank regarding the card expiry.
FURTHER I CONTRACTED THE HDFC BANK FOR RENEWAL OF THE CARD OR EXTENSION OF CREDIT LIMIT BUT THEY INFORMED ME ITS NOT POSSIBLE AND THE CARD WILL BE IN BLOCK STATUS. The products are of worst quality with nightmare customer service.
