Very bad experience. Quality of product is not worth the price
Quality of product is not at all worth the price. The return policy has many flaws.
Unhappy with the service. I Will never ever order anything from the site. Also wll recommend same to my other peers. Policy says only in case of damage they take return.
But if you don't like quality they won't. I understand that if I would have raised request 1 day later then concern is valid but the moment I recieved the product I raised return request. As a loyal customer I did not say the product is damaged.
what could have they done if by myself have done some minor scratch and asked them to take back product.They are loosing loyal customer by delivering low qaulity product at very high price. Picture images and description mentioned on the side bluffs customer.

Worst service, product damaged and they blame it on wear & tear
This is our first purchase from pepperfry and we had a horrible experience. Just 3 months of bare minimum usage and suddenly the settee just broke off injuring my 4 year old daughter badly on the head while she just went to sit on it which she normally does not.
Our mistake was that we never checked it when delivered and kept it in its original packing inside a closed room as our house was getting furnished believing the delivery boys when they said it was intact piece. And when we raised a complaint with Pepperfry they say they cant do anything of it as they feel its wear & tear. How pathetic it can be!! We have barely used it and we dont have over sized people at our house or junglee kids to break it.
We have barely used the product and its just been 3 months!! If it was wear & tear it would have not broken this way ..infact both the legs would have broken. Its the most easiest way out to push the damage on the consumer so that the company does not have to bear any loss.
Hope you can help me get this settled. Infact we have furniture from Homecentre & Urbanladder which we have been using for 7 years & 2 years respectively but touch wood they are as good as new.

Stupid customer service
My Pet has passed away due to TERMITE INFESTED furniture
No. It's not resolved yet as they wanted me to file Consumer complaint against them.
So I am in process to file case in consumer court against them. Already discussed the case with Registrar Mr.
Jadhav Sir @ Nagpur Consumer Court Office. I will SUE them soon.
Purchased Thearmchair Dining Table set from Pepperfry of INR 38305 on 24th Apr 2018 which Delivered in damaged Termite infested condition on 9th May. But who cares? After raising Return request to Pepperfry CS team as well as CEOs Ashish Shah and Ambareesh Murty I didn't receive mail,call or SMS for reverse pickup.
After 5 days finally I received call from Vendor who was asking me for more time however I have already informed them about termite and about my furniture which got affected due to their INFECTED product.
It's been almost 2 months I am fighting with them. Sent FIR of Vikhroli Police Mumbai, Legal Notice from respected Lawyer but they don't bother at all.
Employee Mr. Gaurav Mishra asked to Nagpur Police we will wait for CONSUMER COURT NOTICE. .SO FEARLESS. it's only because they have full support of their CEOs for doing all this.
I am getting such kind of response after including Pepperfry CEOs Ashish Shah and Ambareesh Murty.

Impossible to return once purchased, Pathetic service
Purchased bean bags and clothes drying stand however bean bags which came are way too big in size and so i wanted to return the same and the clothes drying stand is also not as expected. way too heavy.
All items are sealed pack and i called customer care dozen times and even said to issue a voucher so as i can use it on their site to order something meaty but these people are horrible to talk to. Once purchased can never ever be returned. this is their strategy to sell items.they have nothing to do with customer issues.

Every time customer care agent says someone will call back within 24 hours but call never happened moreover my order section does not even has any order history. seems its erased purposely so as one cant place return request rather will call customer service and there they will not entertain customer issues.

People r rude. Cancellation policy is not practical. Also selling untested products for which they don't own the responsibility
it didn't work from 1st day itself but i thought it was battery problem and kept changing it. However it still doesn't work. When i complained to pepperfry after 2 months, they r sayinh why didn't u report within 7 days. How one can know an internal defect within 1 week.
Every watch company atleast gives a warranty of 1 years on Rs. 2000 product

Every fancy terms and conditions are in bold, except the hidden no cancellation policy, even if item not sipped and cheating customers by forceful selling. Soon to die eCom without satisfying customer
I booked a bean bag filler and being a regular Amazon/FK customer just expected the delivery in a week or max 2. But the delivery is scheduled for 1 month later. HAHA. joke month HAHA.
It is not even shipped, still CC policy is we will ship even you don't like and you take it.
They are like selling dosa idly cancellation policy.
I agree there was an option to check delivery by pincode, but who checks all when you trust a brand that appears with so many fancy ads.
Every terms like easy return, discounts are in bold in website and in TV ads, except the purposefully hidden no cancellation policy and thus cheating customers by forceful selling.
I even requested for early delivery, but the customer care blatantly tells just wait for order and take it and if you are not happy return. Ok I can find a reason to return, but mark my word such companies with *** policies die early even if you spend billions of VC money for discounts..

We have ordered a queen sized bed from pepperfry. Delivery in the website claims to be in one day but after ordering we came to know that the order will be delivered after 2 weeks i.e 10th april 2018 in our case.
We got the bed on the 10th of April . The carpenter from the campany came on 11th april and found that nuts and bolts are missing. He said he wont be of any help in his matter and we have to contact the customer care.So we raised a complaint and received a package containing the missing items on 16th April 2018.
Today i.e 17th April when the carpenter comes to fix the bed, we found that headboard is again missing without which he cannot fix the board.
So again we have to go through the pain of raising a customer complaint. Not sure how many more days it will take to get resolved.
Its better to buy from store rather than online.takes alot of time in resolving the issue and so much hassle to the customers. Almost a moth has passed and we still have the dismantled pieces of the bed , waiting for PEPPERFRY to fix it for us. Top of all , It takes alot of space in our house keeping the dismantled pieces.

Guys don’t buy anything from them. Firstly they delievered the order after one month. On the site it was not shown the product is inflatable not cushioned. Even after that not inflated by assembler
